Seventeen Live is a chat site that claims to offer “chat 24/7 with over 80 teeny girls on-line without extra charges”. All chat-rooms are touted as having multiple web-cams, high quality streams and sound”. This sounds pretty enticing. The three day trial is $12.08. If the chat’s all free that could be a bargain. It looks like there should be all sorts of good looking naked chicks to chat with. Let’s see.

Once in, we find on the left of the page, thumbnails of the free chat girls on the the right are more chat girls in a section call vip. I check out Caroline in the vip area. She cute. If I want to see anything I have to go private with her and buy credits, 25 credits for $30. It wasn’t obvious how many credits it would cost per minute and she wasn’t answering, too busy filing her nails.

Back to the free side. While I was there, most of the available girls were on the pay side. For free, were three solo girls and a g/g. The chat really is free and one nice woman I had to myself virtually to my self. The girls put on shows, getting naked and masturbating with toys. The girl/girl show involved one girl peeing in the mouth of the other. Each room has three different camera angles and audio that I could not get to work.

The top of the page provides three links to the girls schedules. In the gift shop you can buy gifts for the girls or things like their panties. The galleries section has lots of pictures in different categories. The movies link has 50 movies offered with with two clips from each (the best clips, they maintain). To see more you have to pay an additional 19.95 euro. The movies are offered in real, hi and low, as well as media player, hi and lo. The media player does not allow fast forwarding or advancing to a point in the movie ahead of the download. You can do this with the real player. If you don’t have the patience to wait for the movie to download your best bet is to use the low band width media player. It delivers acceptable quality and downloads quickly so that you can jump ahead sooner if you want.

The movie section also contains “chat clips” that are only available in real player. I had trouble watching because of net congestion. The link to “live stories” in the video section provides videos of former live sessions. You have to download these videos to view them, but you cannot retain them on your hard drive. No sound is provided. Peeing seemed to be a popular theme.

I am not a video chatter. I have no way of comparing the value of paying a fixed fee to chat with a limited number of girls versus the per minute fee on free chat sites. This is the first site I have viewed that offers real naked hot chat for a fixed fee. Those of you out there who are chatters know what you pay now and can judge for yourself its value.
