Josh Duggar Files Motion Against Danica Dillon

The Josh Duggar / Danica Dillon affair has taken another twist, according to CBS News, with Duggar filing a motion to have a suit issued by Dillon dismissed.
She is suing him for $500,000 after alleging that two sex sessions with him turned violent and “felt like rape”. Duggar has not denied that he paid her for sex, or even rough sex, but has denied Dillon’s claims that a crime was committed.
With pre-trial conferences set to commence on January 21st, there is bound to be a lot more to be heard on this story.
