Danica Dillon Set To Drop Josh Duggar Lawsuit

The Josh Duggar / Danica Dillon affair seems set to take another twist with AVN reporting that the porn star seems set to drop her lawsuit against the reality TV star – for the time being at least.
The report suggests that Dillon maybe lacking in evidence in her lawsuit and would probably lose if she continued with the suit, which is why she may be looking to have the case delayed indefinitely rather than thrown out altogether.
Sadly, it also seems as though Dillon’s career as a porn star may be a stumbling block in this case, which once again shows just how hard it is for a porn performer to be taken seriously or even get the law on their side when it comes to matters of sexual assault or rape.
