Danni Ashe Settles 2013 Lawsuit With The Daily Mail

XBiz reports that the legendary former adult performer Danni Ashe has reached a settlement with the UK ‘newspaper’ The Daily Mail over the misuse of a stock photo of her in a 2013 article about a performer who had tested positive for HIV.
Although she had absolutely no connection to the case, her photo was used in a manner that was described as being with ‘actual malice’.
The newspaper attempted to have the case thrown out recently but after the motion was denied, they agreed on a settlement with Ashe, the terms of which have not been released to the public.
The Daily Mail weren’t available for comment. You’ve no idea how surprised I am.
