In a dramatic turn of events, it has been reported that Playboy is reversing its decision to no longer feature nudity in its magazine, as revealed in The Daily Telegraph.

The move was made just around a year ago and did not prove popular with subscribers as the print magazine’s circulation dropped at a faster rate than before.

Purported to be a response to the overwhelming amount of porn and nudity available to everyone these days, Cooper Hefner has commented that the problem was more the magazine’s approach and portrayal of nudity than anything else.

Quite frankly, he’s right. Playboy had been shooting the same kinds of girls in the same kinds of way for decades.  It needs a new approach and it will be interesting to see what they have in mind going on, starting with their Elizabeth Elam shoot this month.
