Nikki Benz Charges Against Ramon Nomar And Tony T Dropped

Nikki Benz has spoken out over the decision taken by Los Angeles’ District Attorney not to pursue charges she filed against Brazzers, Tony T and Ramon Nomar of sexual assault and battery.
Benz has spoken in detail about the scene, shot in December 2016, where she alleges she was assaulted and subject to acts she did not consent to. She says the DA’s decision “took my hope for justice away”.
Nomar reportedly threatened to sue Buzzfeed if they published this interview with Benz although it is as yet unclear whether he still intends to carry this out.
