San Francisco LGBTQ Film Festival To Screen Chuck Holmes Documentary

The San Francisco International LGBTQ Film Festival opens tomorrow (June 18th) and runs through until June 28th, with a typically diverse and interesting range of movies being shown.
Among them is a new documentary about Chuck Holmes, the founder of the groundbreaking and game-changing gay porn movie label Falcon Studios, the trailer for which you can see on YouTube here.
As we all know, documentaries about the porn industry have been somewhat mixed in their quality, tone and subject matter coverage lately, but this one should be a more positive spin on a man who went on to become a major philanthropist within the gay community as well.
It will be screened at the Castro Theatre at 9:15 on Sunday night.
