Jenna Jameson Suing Tito Ortiz

Jenna Jameson has hit the headlines again, this time because she’s told Tito Ortiz that he hasn’t done right by her.
This might look like your usual story about a split and division of assets and that kind of boring crap, but there’s a sideline to this that fascinates me.
Apparently Jenna’s not necessarily upset that Ortiz still inhabits their former home together – but that he allegedly reneged on adding her name to the deeds for the property when they moved in.
I have to say that I know next to nothing about the law and stuff like that – but Jenna, shouldn’t you perhaps have checked this at the time? My bill’s in the mail, my legal consultancy isn’t cheap.
