This article on Fusion about Mormon themed porn has to be one of the most interesting and well written articles about any form of porn that I’ve seen for ages.
And I have seen a LOT of good articles about porn recently. Centring on the makers of Mormon Boyz and, most especially, Mormon Girlz (which we had the privilege of reviewing here), it’s a really in-depth mixture of interview snippets and commentary about the faith and portrayal of the faith on these sites.
I’ve also had the privilege to see the latter site and I have to say that I was bowled over by how good it was. With a real sense of humour, it actually seemed less of a satire of the faith and more an affectionate tribute. I was so impressed by it.
