In what could be a battle of two internet porn behemoths, MetArt have apparently filed a lawsuit against PornHub, or rather its premium site PornHubPremium, regarding alleged copyright and trademark infringement. Ooh!
Needless to say, the parent company of PornHub have reacted quite angrily to the charges, as you can see here on AVN, and say that they are exploring the possibility of filing counter claims.
There is a link to an article on that article stating what the exact allegations are but you need a law degree to be able to understand that thing. It’s 79 pages!
