Lunchtime Porn Is OK For Italian Workers

According to The Telegraph, car manufacturer Fiat has been rebuffed in its attempts to fire an employee who was caught watching porn during his lunch break.
What makes this story even more awesome is the fact that this Italy’s highest court making this ruling, not some local court or something. And I think they have a point. It’s his lunch break, why can’t he do what he wants?
The fact that the case has been going on for SEVEN YEARS now makes me wonder, however, just how much porn this dude has watched in lunch breaks in other jobs since then and whether Italian beauty Valentina Nappi is one of his favourites. She should be!
