Mia Khalifa “Haunted” By Porn Shoots

June 25, 2020, by Steve

Mia Khalifa is famous for many things as a sports commentator, model, and social media influencer, but above all, a pornstar. Even though she had a really short porn career, even today, after all those years, people still think of her as just a pornstar. Considering she is from Lebanon, she had a tough time once people learned more about her background. Her family stopped talking to her for a while, and society did its best to dehumanize her whenever it got the chance.

She was just 21 years old when she decided to give a shot to the porn industry, and she regrets doing it since that time. Her porn career lasted only a few months but became the top-rated pornstar worldwide. If it were up to her, she would gladly take down all the scenes she made so people can’t associate her with porn anymore. However, she owns 0 rights to the content she made and has to deal with the outcome now.

Even though Mia had a really bad experience with the press, she decided to do an interview with Ash Sarkar and tell her side of the story. While talking about her porn career, Mia said: “Unfortunately, I shot myself in the foot, and I’m never going to be able to have a career that’s not in the public eye.” She is aware that everyone around the world will recognize her, and she won’t be able to keep a low profile at work. She even tried a couple of things to change her appearance, but that turned out a disaster. Her exact words were: “I tried for about a year. I left the industry, lost my Instagram account, chopped all my hair off, and dyed it blonde – and oh my god, it was so cheaply done that it came out orange. It looked terrible on me!”

Not only did Mia try her best to hide her face at work, but she also had a bad influence on people around her. Since everyone recognized her, even the people who gave her a chance to work a normal job had to deal with the consequences. If it were up to her, she would like to change the outcome of her life, but since that is not possible, she made peace with the fact that she will have more than 10 million followers who will follow her anywhere she goes.

It’s a moving interview that everyone should read and absorb, which you can do right here.
