FreeOnes welcomes new busty OCSM Aria DeLaunay who was kind enough to answer some questions about what it’s like for her working in the adult industry…
What made you decide to start doing porn?
Like most of the things I do in life it happened out of sheer boredom and inquisitiveness. I was on the internet one day and saw a job posting for webcam models. I liked the idea of working from home and being my own boss. It seemed much more interesting than taking a desk job somewhere, and since I have never been shy about my sexuality I figured “why not?”
What did you do before you started working in the adult industry?
I did all kinds of things before entering the adult industry. I love exploring and trying a bit of everything. I did car sales, hospitality, retail, I even worked in a medical office!
Did you ever watch porn before doing it yourself?
Hahaha, actually no, I didn’t! I didn’t have anything against porn, I just had no real interest in watching it. I found it more funny than sexually entertaining.
Why is it, do you think, that women aren’t into watching or looking at porn like men are? What steps do you think the industry needs to take to attract women customers?
Actually most of the women I know DO watch porn. But I think what turns them off so much of it is because it so male-centric. Most porn is created with the entertainment of men in mind not women. In most porn women are submissive and being “taken” instead of being the ones in power. I think that if more porn showed an even sexual field more women would be interested in watching it. That’s why so many women watch lesbian porn, the women tend to be on more of an even field with one another and determined to bring their partner pleasure, not just take their own.
Are you open about your profession? Or are there people that you’d rather not tell about what you do for a living?
A few of my friends know what I do but for the most part I keep it to myself. It’s not that I am afraid to tell them. I just really can’t be bothered with possibly having to deal with other people’s opinions on the industry as it pertains to my life. I would rather just avoid any possible confrontations all together. I have much more entertaining things to do with my time.
