The Daily Beast quite often writes some excellent articles about the adult industry and sexuality, and they have done it yet again with this piece about the demand for women over 50 in the industry.
Quite rightly, it points out that as soon as a woman turns 50, she’s ridiculously viewed as a sexual relic. Yet I would say that porn could play a big role in stopping this view from pervading in society.
The sex appeal that is still apparent in the likes of the evergreen Nina Hartley, among others, is something that porn allows older women to explore and show off better than everywhere else. The burgeoning GILF genre will hopefully, help to change at least a few attitudes.
