Jameela Jamil ‘Blames Porn And Music Videos’ For Consent Issues

It was only a matter of time before porn copped the blame from someone for the recent flood of accusations and revelations about sexual impropriety in the entertainment and media world.
The first high profile star to make such a claim is the actress Jameela Jamil, currently starring in the critically acclaimed sitcom The Good Place.
She also places the blame on the sexualisation of music videos but I just think it’s so important that as a society we look at the wider picture here, rather than blaming porn, music, television, videos games or whatever is being blamed this week. It just isn’t as simple as that.
