Stormy Daniels’ Defamation Suit ‘Set To Be Dismissed’

The judge in the cases of Stormy Daniels against Donald Trump looks set to dismiss the defamation half of the lawsuit after suggesting the US President was simply exercising free speech when he disputed Daniels’ claim of a threat against her.
However, her other lawsuit is ongoing and will be addressed by Judge James Otero at a later date.
Meanwhile, the Wall Street Journal has published an article suggesting that Stormy may want to distance herself from lawyer Michael Avenatti, who they claim has become an “embarrassment” to her in recent weeks.
