ISPs Warned Against UK Internet Blocks

October 16, 2018, by Steve

The British price comparison and consumer market research site MoneySupermarket has released some damning stats regarding content blocks.

With net neutrality issues and age verification for porn viewing on the horizon, ISPs would do well to heed their advice.

The research shows that nearly two-thirds of people would switch ISPs if any blocks were put in place. A quarter of people would do so if such blocks included porn.

Like I’ve been saying all along – adults do not want to be treated like children. We do not want our internet freedom tampered with, nor being told what we can and can’t view.
