xHamster Destroys Alexis Arquette Sex Tape

In an absolutely awesome move that everyone in their right mind should applaud, it’s been reported that the porn site xHamster has paid $25,000 for a sex tape featuring the late Alexis Arquette – but has destroyed all copies to prevent it from smearing the memory of the actor.
As reported in The Daily Mail, the company paid the money to an ex-lover and then issued an interview honouring the actor, who appeared in movies such as Pulp Fiction. They died of AIDS related complications last weekend at the age of 47.
While paying this person any money at all doesn’t sit well with me on any front, especially in such a callous way just 24 hours after their death, xHamster’s conduct in this has been awesome and they have our full support.
