English Council Accidentally Sends People To Porn Site

You would be surprised how often this happens – where a website by a respectable business, company or body ends up sending people to porn by accident.
The question I want to ask is – how? Looking at the letter pictured, it appears to have an ‘xxx’ in the address and I don’t understand what kind of address that is supposed to be in the first place?
I love the fact that the person quoted in this article, who rang into a local radio station to describe what had happened, didn’t want to be named.
“Ooh no, I don’t want to leave my name! I don’t want people thinking that I completely and unwittingly viewed a porn site by mistake and it wasn’t even slightly my fault!”
He is from Suffolk though, they’re like that.
