Cast For David Simon ‘Porn Drama’ Grows Further

The cast for the upcoming new drama from the writer of The Wire has grown both in stature and intrigue with the announcement that Maggie Gyllenhaal will also appear in The Deuce.
The show, which centres around the porn industry in New York in the 1970s and early 1980s, only has one other cast member announced thus far, that being James Franco.
But, according to The Verge, more names are expected to be released over the coming weeks. You would certainly expect anything written by Simon these days to attract significant interest among the acting profession in Hollywood, so I’d expect more big names if I were you! (residencyunlimited.org)
