Sexy Cora’s Widower To Sue Breast Enlargement Clinic

The widower of the German adult model and performer Carolin Wosnitza, better known under her screen name of Sexy Cora, is suing the breast enlargement clinic where she suffered a cardiac arrest in 2011, leading her to death nine days later.
According to The Mirror, Tim Wosnitza is suing the clinic for €1 million. An anaesthetist who was involved in the operation was jailed for 15 months for negligent manslaughter back in 2013.
Interestingly, her husband claims that he hasn’t seen a penny from the clinic even though all clients are automatically insured for all costs of the procedure. So one would suggest he would almost certainly, and quite rightly, be successful with his claim.
