Candy Charms Iran Visit Sparks Controversy

The British porn star Candy Charms has found herself at the centre of a storm of controversy after revealing that she recently visited Tehran for a cosmetic procedure on her nose.
As covered by the BBC, she highlighted not only that Iranian doctors are renowned the world over for such procedures (that’s a new one on me!) but that she was seemingly free to enter the strictly Muslim country for the operation.
It’s been interesting to compare the reactions, it has to be said, from both inside and outside Iran. But the amount of supportive comments she’s received leaves me wondering how many other porn and glamour stars will follow her example.
