An Update on Site Purchase and Duplicate Charge Issues

Some users may have noticed recently that they may have run into some issues as relates duplicate charges that their accounts have accrued.

We would like to assure users to our site that this is an issue that is being worked as a matter of priority. We expect to have a fix for this issue by the end of the week.

We are planning to implement a system where duplicate charges can be automatically reversed within the hour of detection or report. This includes a historical detection of past duplicated charges. This means that some users will see credits showing up in their wallets.

These issues have been detected in the purchase of some premium content and also on some photo gallery and video download purchases. We would like to apologise to any users who have been affected by this issue, and we appreciate your patience during the process of fixing this problem.
