This news story, which once again makes me proud to be from the fair city of Manchester, is perhaps the first time that I have heard of someone being attacked with a meat tenderiser.
I know we probably shouldn’t see the funny side of this story because, you know, the guy was injured and all that. But what I would say is fair play to him for still looking at porn at 78. I’ll probably be dribbling into soup at that age.
Also, he does blame the fact that he hasn’t spent much time with his wife on the fact that he also spends a lot of time playing golf. And that’s a far bigger crime than looking at porn. Or beating someone with a meat tenderiser.
