A couple of months ago I blogged that the City Of Dallas had decided to block the Exxxotica Expo from exhibiting at a convention centre in the city – despite having been there for a show in 2015.
The city claimed that it was not impinging on the conference’s right to free speech by blocking them from appearing and that the decision was a commercial one led by sexual activities during the show.
As reported by AVN, Exxxotica took out an injunction against the decision but it has been thrown out by a federal judge. It is a very complex case but one thing stood out in the case against Exxxotica.
It was claimed that some practices at the 2015 show bordered on human trafficking! What the actual hell?! Amazing how porn is accused of everything under the sun, isn’t it?
