Porn Sites Less Likely To Cause Privacy Issues

May 24, 2016, by Steve

Interesting little article from PC Mag today that talks about research carried out at Princeton University recently which has proved to be quite revealing about being tracked online.

The general consensus is that porn sites are the worst for this but said research reveals that news and sports sites are actually the worst offenders – and I have to say that doesn’t surprise me.

There was a time where you couldn’t visit a porn site without some irritating popup from AdultFriendFinder telling you could meet a hot girl in your precise area right now.

But things seem a lot better these days and clickbait ads on news and sports sites always seem to have a worrying amount of information about my personal details.
