Why UK Porn Laws Are Unlikely To Work

There’s a really interesting article on Vocativ today about why blocking or restricting porn usage on the internet makes little or no difference – and why people shouldn’t be too concerned about such laws.
It claims that xHamster received over 1 billion visits over the past year from countries that had blocked its URL and the methods of getting around such blocks are so easy that it’s amazing that any government thinks it will work.
Porn usage did drop in those countries – but those who know their way around the internet shouldn’t have too many issues.
