Aurora Snow continues to surpass herself with the articles she writes for The Daily Beast on the porn industry.
The latest piece from the former porn legend sees her look at female directors. She has focused on the record number of award nominations racked up by women this year, and how the mainstream film industry can learn a lot from porn’s lead.
She’s quite right too. Porn has undergone a major shift in a very short space of time. While Hollywood still adjusts its position in the post-#MeToo era, porn has actually done something about it.
You know what? Porn is a hell of a lot more interesting for it too. Hollywood should take note.
