The prolific Japanese porn star Shimiken has given a revealing interview where he states that he is all burnt out by the industry that earns him nearly $30,000 a week.
Reported to work 6 hours a day almost every day of the week shooting porn films, and having not apparently taken a break for the last 7 years, maybe he’s got a point. But he won’t much longer if he doesn’t go on holiday soon.
There are some interesting and pertinent parts to this interview, in-between the inevitable snickering. There certainly is a complete dearth of male porn stars, and I honestly couldn’t name a single one from Japan aside from him. Which of course, is going to lead to me making an entirely necessary gag about potential male porn stars out there having plenty of openings ahead.
