We might be about to lose both Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert when it comes to marvellous political satire shows, but John Oliver will more than cover one of their slots comfortably.
Especially so judging from this damning indictment of revenge porn in which he not only brilliantly illustrates why it is such a horribly invasive crime but also criticises many states for not having introduced legislation to outlaw it as yet.
It’s taken this long for the mainstream media to finally get down and give revenge porn the kicking it deserves – let’s hope that Oliver isn’t the next high quality satirist to seek pastures new any time soon.
