Former Porn Star Wins Huge Payout In Discrimination Lawsuit

Nicole Gililland, who performed under the stage name Bree Barrett between 2007 and 2009, has won over $1.7 million in damages after claiming to be discriminated against by the nursing college she attended in 2017 to 2018.
Gilliland, who is now attending law school in Massachusetts, has become a prominent advocate for sex workers since this story broke, while the college she attended has refused to apologise for its conduct.
