Russian Navy Cadets In Mass Oral Sex Probe

Not quite sure why this story is doing the rounds six years after the even allegedly took place, but the news that a mass oral sex orgy involving Russian navy cadets is being investigated is an odd one nonetheless.
In fact, little about this story makes sense! A politician and naval academy official have been detained for on the charge of making the cadets take part in the alleged orgy.
But then there’s Katya Sambuca‘s response to the story, from which this part is particularly bizarre:-
“She claimed she visited the cadets to thank the inventors of a chair designed for sex.”
What are the makers of a sex chair doing working at a naval academy? I think we need more information about this story!
