I personally think this story is pretty funny – mainly because it’s one of those crimes where you have no idea why someone would do something like this and what purpose it would serve.
But one has to ask if Carmen Washington gets invited to many Halloween parties if that’s what she thinks it’s creepy. It’s strange, sure. But not creepy, Carmen.
